Leaking

So, the second diaper I made with PUL, microfiber, microsuede, flannel, and hemp fleece, leaked last night.  I had her in the diaper ALL night long.  It's the second night she's worn it and it didn't leak the first time.  Since the fit is great, and it's been washed twice now, I don't think it's a flaw in the fit or the materials.  I think that there isn't enough absorbency.  It's just not a night diaper.  At least I hope that's what it is. I'm going to try a couple more things on my next one like maybe a couple more layers of microfiber.  I really wanted to keep it trim, though! :-(  I'm also going to try the diaper without top stitching and I'm going to widen my closure tabs.  We'll see how it goes...

I almost didn't know who you were because they name was different.

I have been tampering with changing my blog name, but I fear no one will know who I am.

You will work the diaper out! I know you will!

Have you ever used Vilate's diapers and wooly wrap, they are the BEST diapers I have EVER used. They don't stink, don't link, just love it, I will never go back :)
